February 22, 2022 | Media Plus

Over the past six months, Media Plus has formed several new partnerships and worked on some spectacular new developments that we’re thrilled to share with you. From welcoming new clients to welcoming back familiar faces, it’s been a busy and incredibly productive end to 2021 and beginning to 2022.

We’re proud to announce some of our new clients

These are just some of our new clients who we have recently welcomed on board, amongst many others!

Hirsch & Faigen

Hirsch & Faigen are a Melbourne-based property developer who made their Gold Coast debut in 2021 with several new developments, including Emerson in Kirra and Yves in Mermaid Beach.

Emerson is a truly boutique apartment development of just 27 luxurious residences, looking out to Kirra Beach. The large waterfront apartments start from $2.95 million, while the stunning penthouses are asking $8 million. The campaign launched in August last year and over 70% of their development has already sold – a remarkable result for the luxury product.

Yves in Mermaid Beach launched in December last year and comprises three 25-level towers of luxurious 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom beachside apartments with Pacific Ocean views. Over $50m of apartments have been sold in just the last two months. 2 bedroom residences are available and start at $875,000.

The GPT Group

We’re thrilled to welcome GPT to our client base and work alongside them to launch their new, scientifically proven technologies aimed at improving the wellbeing of tenants, such as mobile apps to call lifts, upgraded air purification systems and touchless door sensors. We look forward to reporting on the GPT campaign later in the year.

New campaigns from some familiar faces

LivvCo

LivvCo is a Melbourne property developer who joined us in mid-2021 with two new projects to launch, Atticus and Aldo.

Atticus is a beautiful new estate in Woodstock in Melbourne’s north, comprising land, house and land packages, and townhomes, with land starting from approximately $321,000. Our campaign has been averaging an impressive 400 leads per month, with stages 1-3 already sold out.

Their second development, Aldo, is a boutique estate in Fraser Rise in Melbourne’s northwest. Our campaign focused on their land product, and it is expected they will sell out in the next 5-6 months, which is a fantastic result.

Boiler House is the more premium offering, with a mix of high-end apartments celebrating the original 1920 boiler building in the precinct. Suited to downsizers and professional couples, the 22 heritage residences are selling from $520,000 – $3.4 million. The campaign launched in mid-November and is already off to a flying start, again with strong activity over the December–January period.
