New Client & Project Wrap: Q2 2022
We’ve had a fantastic first few months of 2022 at Media Plus, having partnered with our clients on some truly unique and exciting projects.
With the return to hybrid working, our office has been buzzing with the hum of ideas, the aroma of hot cross buns and the furious typing of keyboards as we’ve launched campaigns on the below standout projects (which are just a taste of what we have been working on):
Paloma Paloma
Paloma Paloma in Caloundra is the latest development by residential and hotel developer Cura (and our first project on the Sunshine Coast!) Set to become a destination in its own right and redefine the holiday town of Caloundra, the lifestyle precinct will include a hotel and three levels of dining and retail, along with an 11-floor tower of spacious, luxury 2, 3 & 4 bedroom private residences.
We’re proud to partner with our longstanding client Colliers once again on this iconic project. Our campaign kicked off in early April, and we look forward to sharing the results with you soon.

Akin Residences
Akin is a luxurious collection of residences in Brisbane’s South Bank precinct by Tallis Property Group, offering stunning views over the Brisbane CBD or hinterland below. Many of the residences on the low to mid levels of the 30-storey tower are already sold to mostly owner occupiers; the remaining 3 bedroom apartments start at approximately $1.3m and 4 bedrooms at $2.5m. Construction has already commenced, with completion expected in early 2024.
We launched their most recent campaign in late February, with sales continuing strongly! We’re thrilled to be working alongside agents Motiv on this stunning development.

Hawthorn Park
We’re thrilled to join the Hawthorn Park team, alongside developers Dahua and agents Vic Prop. Hawthorn Park is a collection of luxury park side apartments in Melbourne’s eastern suburb of Hawthorn.
Construction was completed in April 2021, and the development is defined by over 2000m2 of beautiful residential parkland and Melbourne’s only Skypool, suspended seven storeys high between two buildings. The mix of 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments start from $611k.

We have partnered with real estate experts Colliers once again on their exciting ‘Your Home. Your Melbourne’ campaign. The campaign promotes the incredible stamp duty savings available to purchasers of brand new apartments in Melbourne’s CBD; as well as Colliers’ expert services in providing access to some of the city’s best residences.
